Service Policy
No Refunds: All service fees are non-refundable. Once bookkeeping services have been initiated or delivered, in whole or in part, no refunds or credits will be provided for any reason, including early termination of the agreement. Fees are deemed fully earned upon receipt of the work product or at the completion of the billing cycle.
Due to the digital nature of our bookkeeping service and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed. All sales are final.
